ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Dentist, Doctor K. Extremely professional, personable and so so accommodating when putting attention to concerns and she does not try to “sell you” on veneers etc!!! Doctor K in all serious gave me my smile back and I will always be so grateful for that! She lets you know directly all of your options and asks what you would like to do and she tells you everything that insurance will cover for you! I haven’t had a dentist as honest as her. Also, my last dentist convinced me I needed to buy veneers but I had a gut feeling to get a second opinion-I thank god I did and found doctor K because all I needed was fill-ins, ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION before going through with anything especially your teeth!!!!! The dental assistants as well as this doctor are ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL people that TREAT YOU LIKE A HUMAN BEING while holding such kindness and professionalism during each and every visit, so glad I came here! I will never look back!!!

I was hesitant to write this 5 star review, but only because I want to gatekeep this amazing team. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at the dentist. They make you feel comfortable, talk to you like they care, and don’t rush the process. Dr. K, Ms. Joy, John and Amanda absolutely deserve their flowers! Thank you for your excellent care!

My care manager helped assist me with scheduling a appointment as a new patient I waited for 3 months after they told us next available appointment time she asked if that was earliest t except thehey could see me because I was having a lot of pain they said yes that's the earliest appointment we have. So today I go to the appointment and was told this was a emergency appointment and they could only look at one tooth I told them no it was not scheduled as a emergency appointment then I was told they could look at one problem tooth and have to wait that it could take a few months before I could be seen again well by then the tooth will probably no longer be there so I just walked out they also never sent me forms by text ahead of time to fill out they sent them while I waited my appointment was scheduled for 10 and I wasn't called back until after 10:30 due to having paperwork filled out so I would have missed my ride home that I had already scheduled to pick me up if I had waited I would let my tooth fall completely out before i let anyone there touch it they dont care about the pain I'm in so why should I take my business there they don't care at all and why are you accepting new p

Last night while eating dinner onto of my teeth popped loose. I went on google to see who accepts medicaid and Dash City was one. I went to go book an appointment and thankfully they had one available the very next day. I have major anxiety in my every day life and going to the dentist makes it worse. When I got here I instantly got checked in, waited maybe 5min and they called me back. The assistant listened to my issue and took x-rays. Then Dr. Clara came in and introduced herself and asked me all about my anxiety. She made me feel comfortable. They put the numbing jell on my gums and then did the most dreading shot I do not look forward to. They let me get numb. And she came back to make sure I couldn't feel anything. I closed my eyes and bam it was out. I went on and made appointments for what I have needed to do. They are an amazing team! And I will highly recommend Dash City to anyone.

Dr K and her staff are the absolute best. Everyone makes you feel cared for and comfortable,from the minute you walk in the door to the send off after your next appointment is scheduled. I can truly say I love Dr K and her incredible team. Highly recommend you scheduled an appointment, today. There isn't a problem they can't fix. Shes the smile expert!
